How to Cook ?



Hey pals !

Well, finally the 3rd and last video is here! I have learnt so much in the lead up to the Fjallraven Classic - I can't wait to start the hike. Only one month left !

This video is for me the most important, because it's about food. Making food in the wild isn't so complicated. Well... I mean... It's not hard to eat. When you are in the wilderness and you are hungry you just need 3 things : a boiler, water and dry food. Dry food is not disgusting. Nowadays industries make great dry meals. Water boiler's like Primus are really light and powerful - So it's totally possible to pitch your tent, make food, sit-down, look at the sunrise and enjoy a good meal. And for me it's kind of like paradise.




The most important thing, which I think you know, is to always bring water with you. You need water for everything. My second tip is to bring stuff you like to eat. I don't talk about dry food but other little treats like chocolate, sweets or coffee. For me it's tea. I love to drink a tea in the morning and before I go to sleep. It's really important to keep a positive attitude and to bring these kinds of groceries.



My last tip is about hygiene. Do not forget to clean your dishes when you can and try to keep them in a plastic bag, otherwise your bag will be an anthill. And it's really not funny.
